2024 Tax Season

This was a supplemental document that was attached to an eLearn with a matching title. This job aid was created from scratch, where my team anticipated what information from the eLearn would be most important for our learners to have as a quick reference.

Employment After Retirement

This job aid was a rework of a previous job aid. The design was outdated and confusing, so my team rearranged information and made it a bit more modern.

COLA Net Pay Change Letters

This job aid was created to inform employees about letters that were being sent to members about adjustments in their payments due to legislation changes. I decided it would be best to highlight a typical net pay change letter for reference and then explain different COLA (cost-of-living adjustment) letters that members might receive and how our employees can effectively explain those changes.

Membership Tiers

This was another rework of a previous job aid. My team focused on restructuring the information, adding color to separate categories, and highlighting different methods of the “Rule of 80” calculation.
